FixMyBSOD analyzes Windows crash dumps you upload and returns a technical report with an AI-generated explanation. It's free, requires no account, and is provided as-is. Uploaded dumps are deleted after processing; we retain de-identified technical results of each analysis to improve our diagnosis engine, and — only if you opt in via the checkbox — the dump file itself for up to 90 days, deletable by you anytime from your report. Details in the privacy policy, which you agree to by uploading.
Crash analysis is inherently probabilistic. The report — including the AI explanation and suggested fixes — is diagnostic guidance, not professional advice, and can be wrong. Changes you make to your system (driver updates, BIOS changes, hardware swaps) are your responsibility; back up first.
